Description
A lovely evergreen shrub with glossy green leaves and masses of large double bright red flowers with striking yellow stamens in February to March. Requires a fertile, acid, moist but not waterlogged soil. Work in plenty of composted bark or peat. Grow sheltered from the morning sun. Height 8 feet.
